Desert After The Rain

When rain comes to the desert, the desert comes to life. Seeds that have lain dormant sprout, producing unexpected patches of green. "Desert After the Rain" was inspired by this.

The landscape in this painting is from memory and imagination, and does not depict any particular place. If it looks like it could be somewhere in the western or southwestern United States, that's because the landscapes of those regions are most familiar to me.

"Desert After the Rain" has been accepted into a show in a gallery here in Fort Worth. It can be purchased through the gallery.

Like most of my acrylic paintings, this is painted on all four sides, so framing is not needed. Hanging hardware is attached, and it's ready to hang on your wall.
